System Analyst (Internal Helpdesk/ Infra Support)

Benefits Summary: System Analyst (Inhouse Infra Support) Permanent role Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + VB Monday to Friday, 7.50am - 4.55pm Location: Joo Koon Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues by applying troubleshooting skills and analyzing IT problems Perform routine system checks and updates to maintain peak performance Create and update workflow documentation, including detailed manuals and system process records Manage an inventory of IT assets and equipment Continuously monitor, maintain, and repair the organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and cabling Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new systems and applications Install and configure computer systems and software applications for the organization Provide end-user support through help desk services and deliver training when required Update and publish content on the SharePoint Intranet or other internal platforms Work with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement Additional Information: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role providing IT support and Helpdesk Support Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles is a plus Technical understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: IT Support Specialist, or other relevant certifications can be advantageous (PREFER) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Please submit your updated resume by using the APPLY NOW BUTTON . *We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.* We wish you all the best in your career search. #J-18808-Ljbffr
