Work with the largest supply chain company A resume booster Convenient working location Friendly colleagues and nice working environment Hybrid work Joo Koon Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm $2500-$3000 ASAP - 15 Apr or longer Job Scope: Work with various stakeholders on system cutover, setup and configuration Coordinate with stores and ITD to ensure project is delivered according to implementation timelines Participate in review existing business processes and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and execute test plan Develop and execute test plan for migration testing Participate in end-to-end UAT with proper documentation being maintained, and assist teammates in ad-hoc UAT work or project rollout Update SOPs and user guides and provide training to facilitate the rollout of changes made/new functions Provide on-site support for stores during go live when necessary and escalate issue resolution when stores encounter issues Assist in ensuring all tasks planned are executed on time as per schedule Ensure timely response and closure of production issues, follow-up on issues, root cause resolution with corrective/preventive measures, and conduct deployment of production bug fixes to ensure issues are permanently resolved Oversee daily operational support on business systems related matters (eg. SAP) Requirements: Min Diploma preferably in Business or Business Info Systems Prior experience in IT and doing UAT is preferred Working experience in the retail industry is preferred Proficient in Excel Interested applicants, please apply with the following details:
