People & Organizational Change Management Consultant
Must have min 10 years of Human capital and People Change Management Experience. Experience in corporate culture change is also a plus. The resource needs to be based at the client in Doha. The work week is Sunday to Thursday. Must have excellent English and effective communication skills; Arabic is a plus. Roles and Duties:- Support Strategic Initiatives (Status Reporting and Business Case Development).
- Align the planning for Change and readiness reporting of multiple strategic initiatives in line with the Change Management Framework.
- Facilitate training.
- Maintain and revise procedures in line with the Change Management Framework.
- Must demonstrate initiative to propose and develop ongoing areas for improvement in the overall performance of the people, talent, corporate culture Strategy.
