Job Responsibilities

Conduct & Review HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) documents annually or when needed and keep the records up to date.
Conduct periodical safety inspections for all places in the Unit & Staff camp.
Be an Escort for the ISO45001:2018 internal, external Audit team & corporate safety Inspection to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
Verify the effective implementation of accident corrective/preventive actions.
Initiate, identify, and organize safety training for employees and executives.
Organize the Drill in unit and camp at least once a year.
Verify and record & report accidents/incidents and participate in investigations.
Maintain ISO 45001:2018 Standard and keep records for all safety-related documents.
Review regional monthly safety reports and share them with the Safety section head & corporate safety teams.
Verify the effective corrective/preventive actions & their implementation for all Audit/Inspection findings.
Implement and improve safety plans, programs, and procedures.
Review and countersign the internal and subcontractors’ work permits.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation.
Keep the Unit Safety Manager/Assist Manager in Charge informed on all regional safety matters.
Support units in maintaining the GACA R 151 Certification.
Enforce safety guideline implementations.
Ensure the PPE’s inventory and compliance.
Participate alongside contractors during the firefighting system maintenance and monthly inspection.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Cybersecurity Responsibilities

Adhere to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Handle data and information according to their level of classification.
Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or similar laws or regulations.
Comply with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
Adhere to the acceptable use policy and use CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
Obtain the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
Report Cybersecurity incidents.
