Participate in all design meetings on site, write MoMs, align with the Client.
Oversee design development of 3rd party designers and contractors, provide initial design review in accordance with meetings MoMs (full technical / structural design review will be done by client team).
Track design development schedule and submittals status and report back to me about delays and discrepancies.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications

Graduated civil engineer.
Minimum 5 years of site / design supervision.
Not shy, proactive, motivated.
