We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Section Head Architect to join our dynamic design team for large scale projects in the MENA region, with the benefit to work with our large construction company in Saudi Arabia. As a Section Head Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for developing innovative and creative design solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding senior and junior architects, ensuring that they develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the profession. Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion
Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing them with training and support
Oversee the design process for a section of a large project or multiple smaller projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Develop innovative and creative design solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Prepare and present architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, explaining design concepts and addressing their questions and concerns
Manage project budgets and timelines
Oversee the work of senior and junior architects and provide them with mentorship and guidance
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited university
Master of Architecture degree is a plus
10-15+ years of experience as a licensed architect
Proven track record of success in leading and managing complex architectural projects
Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks and other architectural design software
Expertise in design tools and software, including Figma, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite
Previous experience in different types of projects in Gulf (Hospitals and healthcare facilities, hospitality, educational buildings, residential, administration and mixed-use buildings)
LEED-Certified candidates is a plus
Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper and Lumion software is a plus
Fluency in English is required

Additional Skills and Knowledge

Experience and Knowledge of hospitals, healthcare facilities and medical colleges design projects
Experience with a variety of architectural styles and project types
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices
Ability to manage client relationships and expectations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
