We are seeking a seasoned technological/functional consultant with proven expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and hands-on experience in executing and upgrading systems using methodologies such as Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM). The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules and a demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions for complex business requirements. Technical Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom technical solutions within Oracle EBS R12.
Perform upgrades, patches, and integrations in Oracle EBS R12 environments.
Utilize OUM methodology to execute and manage system implementation and upgrade projects.
Write and debug code, scripts, and workflows for Oracle EBS customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Functional Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS R12 modules (e.g., Financials, HRMS, SCM).
Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules to align with business processes and objectives.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live support.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within Oracle EBS implementations.
Deliver training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in a techno-functional role with a focus on Oracle EBS R12.
Proven experience in system upgrades and implementations using OUM methodology.
Strong track record of successful Oracle EBS R12 implementations across multiple modules.

Skills:

Technical proficiency in Oracle EBS development tools, including PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Workflow, and Forms/Reports.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules (e.g., Financials, HRMS, Supply Chain).
Expertise in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
