We are committed to delivering top-notch solutions and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. We are seeking a passionate HR Consultant to join our team and help us streamline our Human Resources and play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with the business goals of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
1. Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
2. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the right hiring processes.
3. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and support the onboarding process.
4. Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to align employee output with company objectives.
5. Offer guidance on managing underperformance and employee development plans.
6. Identify skill gaps and design training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of employees.
7. Organize workshops and learning sessions, fostering continuous development.
8. Act as a mediator between management and employees to resolve workplace conflicts.
9. Advise on company policies, employee engagement, and work culture initiatives.
10. Create and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee satisfaction.
11. Analyze industry trends and advise management on best practices and HR innovation.
12. Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations.
13. Assist with contract negotiations and provide counsel on HR legal matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Consultant or HR Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and use HR metrics to drive decisions.
