Export Sales Executive (Paints Manufacturing) - Bahraini

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Export Sales Executive to join our growing team based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Previous experience handling exports to GCC, Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan markets is a plus.
• Handle all export customer-related enquiries and concerns, including but not limited to, negotiating sales contracts, providing after-sales support, and handling any complaints or issues.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments for the fulfilment of all export orders as per schedule.
• Arrange and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events to promote our brand and products.
• Obtain and maintain necessary documents, approvals, or certificates for exports and have them available at all times.
• Liaise with clearing agents & external logistics team to ensure that all orders are cleared and delivered to the location with no issues.
• Keep updated on competitors, market regulations, industry norms, import/export clearances of international markets handled.
• Ensure export sales target is met monthly and product category wise.
• Prepare and submit regular reports as directed by MD and HOD.

• Age: 25 to 30
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field
• Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proven track record in achieving exports targets from a reputable paint manufacturing or relevant chemical company
• Excellent knowledge of export procedures, documentations, and regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to do market research and competitor analysis and take the necessary action accordingly
• Someone inspired to work hard, self-motivated, able to handle pressure, and is trained to achieve deliverables
• Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC region and different countries, as required.
• Experience in market development
