IT Support Field Engineer (West/IT Systems Exp in Production/Manufacturing)

Responsibilities: Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment. Document and report all maintenance activities performed. Provide support for network, security, servers, UPS, and mission-critical systems. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience in supporting network, security, server, UPS, and mission-critical systems with a strict SLA of 99.9%. Customer-focused with a strong service-oriented attitude. Excellent listening and analytical skills. Hardworking, enthusiastic, and outgoing. Positive and proactive work attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Capable of understanding system and architecture diagrams. Proficient in understanding user operational environments. Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
