We specialise in the design and build of security operations centres for cybersecurity professionals and provide managed security services to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of our government and enterprise customers. Job Responsibilities: Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts. Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as planned activities and annual analyses. Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on products, pricing, etc. Resolve customer dissatisfaction by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Present an overall costing sheet for a sales/project, negotiating for the best price for project/tender during the bid phase. Provide project costing sheets with supporting quotations from various distributors/vendors to the project team for project handover. Factor in any risk/man effort % into the costing sheet over the build phase or operation/service phase - this is to be presented and highlighted to the project team during handover. Support projects for a smooth transition during project handover, ensuring proper handover to the project team on costing sheets. Job Requirements: At least 3 - 5 years of IT sales experience in Enterprise Accounts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask. Team player who can also work independently, dedicated team member. Work Location: Jurong East.
