Stanford Properties is looking for a Real Estate Consultant with at least 2 Years of Dubai (Secondary Market) Real Estate experience ready to join Company's expertise Consultants team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate and drive our buyers to close- Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success! Commission Basis only Responsibilities
- Good understanding / knowledge of Primary / Secondary and Leasing markets.
- Able to list, advertise and market properties on Dubizzle, Propertyfinder, Bayut, etc.
- Achieve sales targets/KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest projects
- Network building and ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients
- Communicate with the admin to prepare sale and lease documents
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis
- Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately
- Follow the company’s policy and procedure for each internal and external transaction
