Architectural Associate

Responsibilities: To assist Managing Director and Directors to oversee projects To assist Project Architects in assigned projects To be able to liaise with internal and external parties for the good of the project To be able to perform any other job scope required for the good of the project Requirements: Degree in Architecture or equivalent preferable recognised by Board Architects Singapore for Architecture assistant or executive positions Polytechnic Diploma in the related field or equivalent or NTC2/NITEC are welcome to apply Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures 2-3 years of working experience. If none we will consider on-the-job mentoring. Proficient in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) is required, proficiency in 3D Modelling/Sketchup, AutoCAD/Adobe Photoshop/Microsoft Programs, or any basic architecture software that allows you to perform your job Able to manage projects and work independently (in due time) in a challenging and fast-paced environment Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player Positive working attitude Have a positive working attitude Good project management, leadership, and communication skills at all levels Have keen eye for details Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project #J-18808-Ljbffr
