Managing staff: Training new hires, scheduling shifts, and conducting staff meetings Ensuring quality: Maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and upholding product quality Customer service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and fostering strong customer relationships Inventory: Managing inventory and ordering supplies Policies: Implementing and enforcing cafe policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Performance: Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback Menu: Assisting in menu planning and development Marketing: Assisting in marketing and promotional activities Financial records: Maintaining accurate financial records and reports Operational issues: Addressing any operational issues promptly Business goals: Supporting the cafe manager in achieving business goals A coffee shop supervisor should have proven experience in hospitality or food service management, preferably within a coffee shop REQUIREMENTS Experience: 1 year.
