Job Title

Systems Engineer

Job Scope

The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the SIEM, SOAR, and UBA infrastructure and operating systems while coordinating with internal stakeholders to assess, design, and upgrade the customer's environment.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, migrate and support the SIEM / SOAR / UBA platforms and systems;
Test operating systems, application software and system management tools;
Implement new infrastructure projects, establish networking rules and troubleshoot network errors and other issues;
Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess, design and/or upgrade systems determining issues and room for improvements;
Assist in planning and implementing SIEM, SOAR, and UBA solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency for customers;
Design and develop custom use cases, rules, and workflows within SIEM and SOAR platforms;
Assist in the development of customized software and hardware requirements;
Work with end users and provide IT support when required;
Monitor the security system in place to maintain data safety.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any other related field.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
