Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a Human Resources Director at TASC Outsourcing. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, implement performance management strategies, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Qualifications
- 10+ years experience
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise
- Experience in managing Employee Relations
- Strong background in Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
