Senior Infrastructure Engineer (QRadar)

We’re searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Technical Specialist - QRadar) to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS! Overview As a Technical Specialist, you are responsible to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions and be responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducting advanced and complicated tasks, aware of the client's high-level and low-level security architecture and providing resolution to a diverse range of complex problems. You will also contribute to and support project work as and when required. What will you do? Troubleshoot and maintain several SIEM solutions like IBM QRadar and Resilient in SOC environments. Troubleshoot custom scripts, SIEM integration with other production like App connect middleware, 2FA, and other Cyber products. Integrate on-prem and cloud data sources using various data connection methods. Create custom data connectors for non-standard technologies deployed in the tech stack. Deploy, troubleshoot, and manage SIEM and SOAR with experience in Cyber Security. Ensure all necessary project purchases are planned and executed. Architect, administer, and maintain several SIEM solutions like IBM QRadar and Resilient. The ideal candidate should possess: Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent. Preferably 5 or more years of IT project management experience. Managed Services experience handling complex Security Infrastructure. Experience in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization. Working knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties. Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques. Ability to lead, develop, and maintain respectful and trusting relationships. Good customer management experience. Proficient in written and spoken English. Certification in IT Service Management and/or ITIL (v3 or above). Able to travel as required.
