1.Strategic Planning -Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the company’s goals. -Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities. -Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets. 2. Sales and Marketing -Identify potential clients and build a pipeline of prospective customers. -Promote the factory’s products, including cement blocks, paving stones, and other construction materials. -Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. -Conduct sales presentations and site visits for potential clients. 3. Client Relationship Management -Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and other stakeholders. -Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure their satisfaction. -Handle client negotiations, contract preparation, and after-sales support. 4.
