Quantity Surveyor Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Description: • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and pre-tender estimations using Plan Swift software. • Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy in cost control and management. • Evaluate and manage construction contracts and variations. • Provide cost analysis and prepare progress reports. Requirements: • Civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification. • Expertise in Plan Swift software with advanced functionalities. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles. • Gulf experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a UAE-based construction company.
