Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the expansion of the Risk Consulting (RC) business in Bahrain with a focus on the Financial Services (FS) sector.
2. Lead complex projects, providing subject matter expertise and innovative solutions.
3. Drive practice growth through business development, client engagement, and team mentorship.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements: Must-Haves:

1. ACCA/CPA/CA/ Masters/MBA
2. 9+ years in risk consulting / internal audit servicing financial services clients
3. Recent experience at a consulting firm, ideally one of the Big 4
4. Strong business development skills with proven success in achieving targets.

Nice-to-Haves:

1. CIA, CISA qualifications.
2. Experience in Enterprise Risk Management and financial forensics.
