Porcelain Store Manager (CHINESE NATIONALITY)

Job Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in arts, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in art sales; experience in art interpretation is preferred, especially for those with a background in Chinese art.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong communication and training skills for art products.
- Professional Skills: Familiarity with the porcelain industry is preferred; some knowledge of art appreciation and artistic sensibility is required.
- Management Skills: Strong leadership and execution abilities; fast learner capable of training internal staff on product knowledge.
- Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and customer service awareness; ability to handle unexpected situations.
- Work Location: Willing to work long-term in Dubai and adapt to an international work environment and cultural differences.
- Other Requirements: Must be a Chinese nationality candidate with a valid overseas work visa and passport. Must have a strong learning ability to continuously update knowledge and improve personal skills.
- Oversee the daily operations management of a high-end porcelain store in Dubai.
- Provide product explanations and conduct internal training on porcelain products.
- Organize the display and presentation of porcelain products in-store, ensuring alignment with the brand image.
- Organize high-end customer events to enhance the store's and brand’s visibility in the local market.
- Maintain relationships with high-end clients.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock in a timely manner, and ensure stability in the product supply chain.
- Regularly report sales performance to management, providing market feedback and suggestions for improvement.
