Operations Executive (Travel Agency)

Responsibilities: Handle booking and arrangement for travel inquiries and requests from sales office and other channels which come through phone calls & emails. Provide recommendations of hotels, restaurants, and transportation based on customers' requests & interests. Translate documents; Japanese itinerary into English itinerary & prepare the handout accordingly. Provide information on travel visa & requirements. Handle travel operations including reservations, standby at the hotel and/or assigned venue to ensure smooth tour arrangement. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time. Experience & Skill-set Required: JLPT2 and above. Fluent in both English and Japanese is essential as this role requires you to work closely with Japan Land Operators and Sales Office. Work experience in the Tourism or Hospitality industry is an advantage. Candidates with no relevant experience but with a strong passion for the travel industry are welcome to apply. Knowledge of MS Office. Other Information: Work location: CBD Area. Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 08:45 - 17:45. Salary range: up to $3800.
