Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant/Lead Generation Specialist fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driving lead generation efforts. This is a full-time position requiring someone with experience in 8x8 and a strong ability to manage communications and follow-ups effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Duties:

Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms, utilizing 8x8 for communication management.
Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and move them through the sales funnel.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on client interactions and lead statuses.
Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities and results.

Skills:

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a lead generation role, with specific experience using 8x8, is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and communication tools such as 8x8.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to manage time effectively, particularly in a remote working environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to take on various tasks as required by the CEO, demonstrating a flexible and adaptive work style.
