Evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals that help grow the footprint of our ecosystem. Recognize new industry trends and use data to inform and guide our Ecosystem Growth strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth opportunities that accelerate and strengthen the ecosystem. Ensure the growth and success of new and existing Web3 partnerships, especially in wallets and gaming tracks. Attract external development teams to build in the ecosystem. Analyze markets and synthesize recommendations into actionable partnership plans in terms of user acquisition, and close deals with corresponding partners. Maintain expert knowledge of the platform and products to provide knowledgeable support to potential partners both externally and internally. Represent the company in meetings with executives from our partner companies and at various external events and conferences. Requirements Bachelor's degree; a CS and other tech background is a strong plus. Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights. Exceptional market foresight and expertise in leveraging resources effectively and providing strategic guidance. Strong ability to identify and foster partnerships from relevant sources. Great connections with Web3 communities and KOLs, and solid connections in the US & European countries. Rich Web3 experience; experience in major companies is preferred.
