Job Title: Field Services Department Manager Location: Head Office, Riyadh Department: MFG Operations Preference: Candidates with experience handling projects in STP, Reverse Osmosis, SWRO, SKID - GSM OSM, Water Treatment within the Oil & Gas and Infrastructure Industries will be considered. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Services Department Manager to lead our team in the installation and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in managing projects within the Oil and Gas and Infrastructure utilities sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of field service projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Lead and mentor a team of field service engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Plan the FSD Workload and assigned Installations and Commissioning Activities by PMUs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present regular site/project status reports to PMs, PMU managers, and senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of field services operations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the installation and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment projects, with a focus on Oil and Gas and Infrastructure utilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Certification in Agile Project Management.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience with advanced water and wastewater treatment technologies.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in project management and field services.
