Location: Bangalore (2 to 3 months till visa) - Dubai (Onsite) Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 15 days Experience: 1 to 6 years CTC: Based on current CTC Two years of Agreement: YES/NO? (Since the company is spending money on Visa for 2 years validity) Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday required) Benefits Provided by the Company: Accommodation, VISA, Travel Expenses, Transport, Food, Flight Tickets, Assets (laptop, phone, SIM card) Job Description:
Responsibilities for Recruiter:
- Handle all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting
- Source, screen and schedule interviews with superior heads & hiring managers
- Recruit for internal requirements
- Understand the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Attract candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
- Review resumes and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices
- Maintain daily reports in a tracker & update it on a daily basis
Qualifications for Recruiters:
- Excellent communication and recruitment skills
- Hands-on experience in the full-cycle of recruitment preferred
- Energetic and organized
- Positive and proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
- Well versed in oral and written business communications
- Time management and prioritizing skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed
