Role and Responsibilities:The Rewards Consultant will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefitsKey Responsibilities:Build rewards relevant and tailored to Internal ANSR TalentDeliver high quality, effective solutions in the following areas:Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)Pay ranges design & implementationBenefits designBudgeting / annual cycle managementCompensation structuringStatutory impact & related updatesManage C&B project modules independentlyPresent solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to internal teamCollate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the marketExperience and Requirements:Required Experience and Skills:10+ years of experience in a compensation roleStrong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insightsHigh level of proficiency in MS OfficeRegional / global experience in C&BPreferred Experience and Skills:Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantageUniversity degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly requiredAssociated experiences across HR would be a strong bonusRequired Competencies:Technical Expertise:Compensation & Benefits exposure as outlined aboveWritten and Verbal Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others.
