Location: On-site - MultanPosition Overview: Our client, a leading player in the chemicals manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor (PU-Based) to oversee and optimize the daily operations of PU-based production processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high standards, and driving team performance to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations for PU-based production, ensuring timely achievement of production schedules.
- Coordinate and lead team members to maintain a seamless production workflow.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed production reports to management.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical competencies.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures while upholding product quality.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues promptly.
- Submit daily production logs and weekly reports on raw material usage and inventory.
- Communicate production challenges and updates during monthly management reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in supervising PU-based production processes.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and production standards.
