Purpose of the Job - Overview Job Title: IT Recruitment Consultant Location: REMOTE Work from home essentials: Hardware Required Items:
- Laptop or Desktop PC: Laptop or PC with Intel Core i5 6th generation or Better (8th Generation is recommended). Minimum memory is 16 GB.
- LED Monitor: 22-inch screen or better.
- Headphones: Noise-cancelling headphones.
- Mouse & Keyboard.
- Electricity backup for 2 to 3 hours: In case of a power outage, have backup for 2-3 hours.
- Table & Chair: Suitable for Laptop usage.
- Peaceful corner: Enough space to work without noise disturbance.
- Dealing with existing internal candidates in the UK/Ireland and guiding them about the UK Job Market.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
- Creating and optimizing Technical Resumes and LinkedIn profiles for the Candidates.
- Setting up the UK job board for the Internal Candidates.
- Hiring Candidates as per the organization's requirement.
- Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
- Getting up candidates' profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.
- Conducting MOC interviews for our internal candidates and ensuring they are ready for the job market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the internal hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Follow up on internal candidates via pre-set email daily as per ATS and call them wherever possible.
- Share existing technical questions using templates via SharePoint.
- Encourage all internal candidates to keep applying using LinkedIn and UK/Ireland job boards like JobServe, CV Library, etc.
- Minimum graduate with a degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong interest in technology and recruitment.
- Experience in bench sales, customer service, hospitality or anything similar is a plus factor.
- Experience using an Application Tracking System.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with IT professionals and clients effectively.
- Proficiency in using online platforms, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate evaluations and administrative tasks.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
