• Bidding expert with sound knowledge of IT, web/application development, and graphic designing.
• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers and generating leads that result in sales through daily communication with clients.
• Must excel in targeted sales.
• Maintain a very high rating on freelancing sites like Freelancer, Upwork, and Fiverr - this is crucial for gathering client requirements, communicating them with the team, and delivering projects to clients.
• Engage with clients via phone, chat applications, and Skype as required.
• Maintain healthy relationships with clients and meet monthly project quotas.
• Must have English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in writing and verbally through Skype, along with strong follow-up skills and self-motivation.
• Sales experience interacting with international clients.
• Writing proposals and RFP responses for prospects, and finalizing deals on behalf of the company.
• Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
• Track and analyze competitor activities.
• Maintain a database of projects.
• Leadership skills to support future leaders in the firm.
• Experience in professional email writing.
• Target freelance social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• Market our products and services on different platforms to grow sales.
