The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws. Key responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, processing payroll, managing performance, coordinating training and development programs, and contributing to strategic HR planning. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  2. Maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
  3. Processing payroll and managing benefits administration.
  4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  5. Conducting performance evaluations.
  6. Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  7. Coordinating training programs and professional development initiatives.
