Construction Project Manager

• Manage construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and procurement to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead project teams and trade partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Build relationships with regulatory authorities to secure permits and approvals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and team health.
• Prepare monthly project status reports and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement standard operating procedures across all projects.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and post-project evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and process improvement.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within ICI or MF (preference for ICI)
• Capable of managing projects of up to $120 M in value
• Experience in both multi-family projects and ICI would be an asset
• P.Eng, M.Eng, LEED, or PMP would be considered an Asset
