Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary: $85K-$100K Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer Job #: 5226 Location: Remote (East Coast) Category: IT – Technology Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire Description: Our client is currently seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team. You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable and user-friendly solutions, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. Strong coding and project management skills are crucial in this role. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Responsibilities Include:

1. Collaborate with a team of 2 developers to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
2. Support VP of Engineering in translating business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
3. Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the platform, ensuring high scalability, performance, and security.
4. Build and maintain a robust back-end architecture aligned with performance and security standards.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software to enhance performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Technical Bootcamp, or a related work experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year in a mentorship or leadership role.
3. Expertise in back-end development using Python or Java.
4. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React or React Native.
5. Willingness to travel as needed for business/company meetings.
6. Previous Start-up experience is preferred.
