Job Summary: In the Dublin office we support and implement IT solutions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of business processes along with knowledge of a wide range of technologies. The team consists of employees from a wide range of backgrounds including Computer Science, Business Studies, Engineering and Finance Disciplines. Our Intern programme is a 9-12 month programme, giving you the opportunity to work across two of five categories (Customer Development, Supply Chain, Digital Applications, Analytics and Finance). We also have an excellent buddy/mentor programme in place. As an intern you will be involved in managing local projects, working collaboratively as part of a global team. You will also have the opportunity to be part of our Global Wellness Programme and join in on our local initiatives such as Sustainability, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D,E & I), Learning Champions and engage in a wide calendar of social events. Members of the Intern programme will be able to engage in fundraising activities for our local charity Barnardos. You will be given the opportunity to lead monthly initiatives to raise awareness and to bring some fun to the office! As we continue to invest in our Intern Programme it is not unusual to meet a Colgate employee who started their career as a Colgate-Palmolive intern. Preferred Qualifications
- Strong oral & written communication skills.
- Ability to identify, analyze and problem solve.
- Excellent collaboration skills while also being able to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to new technologies.
- Interested in IT projects and how they add value to a global company.
- Experience or knowledge of G-Suite Tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
