The Industrial and Infrastructure Development Advisory (IIDA) practice of KPMG in India has been advising and assisting India’s development objective by seamlessly bridging the gap between Government’s vision and execution, steering impactful initiatives across the spectrum of infrastructure, industrial and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development as well as tourism, leisure, and sports. Our team of multi-domain experts has successfully delivered national priority strategic engagements, providing guidance and insights to central and state governments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and multilateral institutions Educational Qualification: Relevant Master’s degree / BE / BTech / MCA Minimum Years of Work Experience: 5 years Relevant Work Experience Desired:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working on projects related to IT / ICT initiatives for Central Government / State Government / PSU
• Eligible projects include IT strategy, e-Governance solution, development and maintenance of website or mobile application, dashboard, monitoring system, data collection system, process automation, ERP solution, SaaS solution; preferably for tourism sector
• Experience of procurement & onboarding activities for Website / IT services / SaaS agency

Job Description: The candidate shall be a part of the program management unit with tourism clients in the government sector. The team is providing strategic and program management support as well as helping draft and implement sectoral policies and facilitating investments and PPP in Karnataka’s tourism sector.

• Support client in developing a digital strategy roadmap and assist in planning digital transformation initiatives
• Provide strategic advice and coordination for implementation of roadmap / initiatives
• Identify and recommend technological solutions to enhance client’s digital capabilities
• Ensure integration of digital initiatives with overall program management objectives
• Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and support strategic decision-making
• Design and help implement dashboards to track and visualize KPIs for digital marketing and operational activities
• Create reporting frameworks to ensure reporting with actionable insights
• Work closely with Client’s promotion agency, digital marketing agency, and web development agency to align strategies and track deliverables & performance
• Monitor and evaluation the effectiveness of digital initiatives, marketing activities, and technology solutions
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement of digital activities
• Support in drafting RFP / EOI, bid process management & proposal evaluation, and managing contracts / agreements / MoUs for services
• Facilitate partnerships with technology providers, startups, and other relevant stakeholders to augment digital capabilities
• Assist in the implementation of Karnataka Tourism Policy and Karnataka Tourism Vision
• Explore collaborations to expand the reach and impact of the Client’s digital initiatives
• Benchmarking and recommendation on best practices by government agencies and PSUs
• Coordinate across government agencies, especially for integration of technology offerings
