This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team. The role will focus on direct private equity investments in Europe, across a wide range of sectors.What the job involvesInvolvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio managementDeveloping and analysing financial modelsLeading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partnersWorking alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunitiesWho we are looking forExperience of working in the M&A or leveraged finance teams of a top-tier investment bankOutstanding academics from a top-tier universityStrong business acumen and high professional integrityNative-level or fluent in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not required
