Our compact, high-performance GigE Vision cameras are suited for a wide range of industries and applications such as factory automation, medical, life sciences and logistics. In keeping with the Company’s mission and values, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team and customers who are interested in LUCID Vision Labs Products. In addition to delivering operational and administrative support, take an active role in initiating and qualifying new customers, collaborating with Outside Sales Reps, maintaining and growing existing business. Maintain and ensure accurate forecasting in the CRM by staying in constant communication with customers, monitoring incoming purchase orders, and keeping records up to date. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to further promote and develop Lucid Vision as a top tier supplier in the Machine Vision industry. Responsibilities:

  • Handling all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to processing orders, coordinating shipments, providing logistics support, managing customer communications related to orders or shipments, monitoring RMAs, preparing documentation for customers etc.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the sales team including the management of loan cameras arrangements and shipments, maintaining demo cameras (In and out), issuing quotations per outside sales request, creating and updating CRM information, processing customers’ supplier set up documents, and other related tasks.
  • New customer leads follow up and prequalifying process - leads generated from CRM system, sales@thinklucid.com email, trade show leads, and others. Sr. Sales will initially review leads to determine whether Inside Sales Rep should follow up or if they should be forwarded to Outside Sales Rep. Inside Sales Rep is responsible for prequalifying process by engaging with customers to understand their camera and schedule requirement, applications, project volume, customers’ company is valid business or not, and others.
  • Inside Sales Rep will support product selections for customers’ requirements. Inside Sales Rep should have basic knowledge of LUCID Vision products and technologies to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Understand and communicate the status of each customer’s project and ensure all internal teams are kept well-informed and aligned throughout the process.
  • Developing new business by making new contacts via email, and conducting product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Gather and provide feedback to Product Management/Engineering teams on customer feedback, feature requests, and potential products that would assist in further developing Lucid Vision Labs business.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential market opportunities for supporting company growth. Examples include attending trade shows, conducting market and technologies research, and participating in technical training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve marketing materials and product demonstrations based on feedback from customers and the market as a whole.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the sales team and overall company objectives.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum 2 years of sales operation or working with B2B business environment
  • Post Secondary Degree (Engineering or Business) OR 8~10 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • OEM customer management background/skills
  • Conscientious and assiduous – support and commit to actions need to be taken care of
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, ZOHO or other CRM systems
  • Self-motivated – ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a team environment with Sales, Product Management, Production, Quality & Marketing departments
