- Location: Noida, Bangalore Job Description: As a member of the Business Technology Solutions Employee Transformation team, your role will involve supporting the company's HR Digitalization and Transformation agenda. The team's mission is to standardize, centralize, automate, and deliver global HR services, including deploying and maintaining HR technology to enhance employee experience and process efficiency. Responsibilities:
- You will have a crucial role in our HR transformation by driving the growth of our global people systems and process automation.
- You will help maximize the value of our investment in our global HRIS by enhancing it to address HR and business challenges.
- You will be the technical subject matter expert for our global Human Resource Information System, which is currently SAP SuccessFactors.
- Additionally, you will support the digitalization of the HR function by identifying digitalization opportunities and leading or supporting project implementations.
- You will work with HR and IT to identify and implement new HRIS features and functionalities to meet the changing needs of the company.
- Furthermore, you will provide technical support and training for HR team members and employees on HRIS system usage and functionality, and support the day-to-day operation of SuccessFactors.
- SAP Consultant Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Additional module certifications would be a great bonus.
- At least 6-8 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Functional and technical implementation experience of SuccessFactors solutions covering all aspects: from detailed scoping and design, to build, test, cutover, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes and data management. Ability to relate system applications to business needs.
- Experience in general HR operations would be beneficial.
- Experience with a full-lifecycle SAP implementation will be an added advantage.
- Awareness of trends in digital HR applications.
