Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (PCB Repairing and Automation) to support our HVAC operations. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, optimizing PCBs used in HVAC systems, and integrating automation solutions to ensure seamless functionality and high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in both PCB repair and automation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting our cutting-edge HVAC solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- PCB Diagnostics & Automation Integration: Identify faults and troubleshoot PCBs used in HVAC control systems, while exploring automation solutions to improve repair processes.
- Repair and Optimization: Perform repairs and replacements of components using tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering equipment, and enhance PCB performance through automation.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze circuit diagrams, schematics, and automation workflows to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure repaired PCBs meet performance standards, and automation processes are functioning optimally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HVAC system designers, automation engineers, and technicians to resolve technical challenges and enhance overall system efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repair processes, automation solutions, and suggest improvements for better workflow and efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in PCB technology, automation systems, and HVAC technologies to enhance system performance.
- Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PCB repair, troubleshooting, and optimization, with exposure to automation solutions in HVAC or similar applications.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, schematics, and automation system designs.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and integrating automation tools to optimize repair processes.
- Expertise in soldering and reworking electronic components.
