Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR MIT VGS is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who can manage a project from initiation to completion. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating milestone schedules, drafting vendor delivery policies, coming up with accurate staffing estimates and preparing technical summary reports for management. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time and at or under budget. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each crew has the tools it needs to meet project milestones
• Create project schedules that include materials estimates and staffing needs to be submitted to management
• Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
• Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
• Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project
• Monitoring the daily progress of projects
• Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
• Organising reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
• Planning meetings and organising project logistics
• Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
• Ordering necessary office supplies

• Qualification: Post Graduate in Management/B.Tech. in any discipline. PMP certification is an additional qualification preferred.

• Experience: 10+ Years of industry experience with 5+ years of project Coordinator’s experience from any industry.
