Experience: 5 years to 8 years Technical Consultant who becomes a Subject Matter Expert on the tec tool and how to use it in conjunction with our Assure Claims insurance application, trains customers on the Sisense Data Analytics tool, and consults with Assure Claims customers on creating their specific dashboards and reports. Responsibilities: Consults with customers to produce the dashboards and reports they need Coordinates with the Assure Claims Base Development team on base Sisense elasticubes and customer requirements Coordinates with Sisense vendor on defects and enhancements Stays current on Sisense system, its functions, and how to work with Assure Claims Design, develop, and optimize Sisense data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights Write custom JavaScript and CSS for enhanced dashboard functionality Manage Sisense system upgrades and troubleshoot related issues Develop and maintain Jaspersoft reports and administer Jaspersoft Server Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT or related field preferred Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sisense and Jaspersoft, including data modelling and report creation Hands-on experience with Sisense upgrades and Kubernetes-based environments Database design knowledge required; SQL is must. Sisense reporting tool working experience is preferred SAP Business Objects reports consulting experience preferred Power BI data analytics tool consulting experience preferred Experience working with communications practices, principles, and procedures for both on-site and on-line presentations Willingness to travel, although it will be infrequent We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
