Objectives Sell maximum number of vehicles possible. Achieve maximum profitability on sales. Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty. Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities. Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency. Number of personal customer contacts, number of newly created leads. Number of incoming orders/completed sales, number of deliveries. Unattended lead ratio. Data quality. Customer satisfaction index (CSI mystery shopping). Conversion rate (leads/sales, leads/test drives, test drives/quotations). Conducting test drives. Measures Sales vs objectives. Skills

  • Understands the sales process and customer expectations regarding individual and excellent advice to customers in the showroom.
  • Provides alternative solutions for specific customer concerns.
  • Can describe the economic effects of different solutions.
  • Takes a comprehensive and objective approach to handling the questions and concerns of prospects, customers, and colleagues.
  • Gives equal importance to the concerns of prospects, customers and colleagues and his own views.
  • Is motivated to identify cost-effective solutions for all parties (prospects, customers).
  • Identifies expectations and concerns of customers and takes them into account when providing support.
  • Develops offerings and solutions based on customer needs that lead to win-win situations.
  • Presents his own views or those of the brand and implements them as part of the solution.
  • Can describe the brand, philosophy, and values as well as the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the brand products and services.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge, particularly in the brand products and services (Exclusive, Sport Driving School etc.).
  • Can state brand and dealership standards, systems, processes, and resources in Sales (OEM systems, premium sales process, used cars program etc.).
  • Understands the brand sales processes for new and used cars.
  • Can describe the nature and scope of the offerings and services provided by Sales and Marketing.
  • Makes every effort to implement the brand sales process and to use OEM systems and tools (Car Configurator, Fitting Lounge etc.).
  • Understands that complying with all the brand standards in the Premium Sales Processes is mandatory.
  • Sells customers the products that they want, together with the appropriate personalization options and creates “the most personal car” for them.
  • Has excellent up-to-date knowledge of the brand technologies, products, and other services (Exclusive, accessories).
  • Has a detailed understanding of current brand processes and systems in the showroom.
  • Is well informed about digital media (brand online tools, social media, high-end media technology etc.) and can describe trends in this area.
