The Role

TALENT ACQUISITION:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s staffing needs.
  2. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  3. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

JOB POSTINGS AND ADVERTISEMENTS:

  1. Draft and post compelling job descriptions and advertisements that align with the company’s brand and requirements.
  2. Maintain up-to-date job postings on internal and external platforms.

CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT:

  1. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring managers.

COLLABORATION:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  2. Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

DATA AND REPORTING:

  1. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring progress, metrics, and challenges.
  2. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve the hiring process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the mining, exploration, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations is preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for technical and specialized roles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
