Recruitment Consultant

Junior Recruitment Consultant- Agency Vancouver (Hybrid)$48,000 + uncapped individual commission + group commission (OTE $80-90k) COREcruitment is an international recruitment agency and due to our expansion across the US and Canada, we are now looking for a superstar to join our growing team! This will be a varied recruitment role including, candidate management and bringing on new clients. Key Responsibilities;

• Sourcing candidates for active roles
• Full candidate management, from screening right through to overseeing interviews to placement
• Following up new business leads
• Hunting for new business across all geographic areas
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature

Key Requirements;

• Previous recruitment experience would be ideal but not essential
• Business Development experience with figures to prove your success
• Positive, upbeat, hungry attitude
• Can work autonomously
• Excellent communications skills
