As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. The Opportunity We’re bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand-new New Zealand-licensed function which will go live in 2026! We have an exciting opportunity for experienced National Account Managers to be a part of the pioneering licensed team that will drive the growth of Suntory Oceania. We are looking for multiple roles:
- National Account Manager – Retail x3
- National Account Manager – On Premise
- Business Planning: Work collaboratively with the wider Suntory Oceania network to help plan, execute and deliver business plans for your customers.
- Financial Management: Ownership of demand and forecasting to effectively manage demand review cycle, as well as managing trade spend.
- Portfolio Management: Work closely with key customers to ensure product is correctly placed and priced.
- Commercial Terms: Negotiate new and existing terms to ensure favourable outcomes for Suntory Oceania.
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with key customers which optimize business outcomes for both our trading partners and Suntory Oceania.
- Market Knowledge: Leverage local market knowledge and experience with the customer base to execute business plans for win/win outcomes.
- Strong licensed sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of the NZ retail or on premise market.
- A pioneering mindset; you will constantly strive to come up with innovative and new ideas.
- A customer-centric mindset; you will always be thinking of ways to add value to your customers.
- Proven experience building a new customer base and fostering existing relationships.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to drive favourable terms.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of your customers and what drives them.
