Specialist- Financial Planning and Reporting

Radix is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, and supporting audits. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting :

• Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IndAS, IFRS and IGAAP).
• Review of accounting processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Direct Taxation :

• Preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and organizations.
• Conducting tax audits and preparing related reports.
• Handling transfer pricing documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Indirect Taxation :

• Filing GST returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
• Conducting GST audits and preparing reconciliation statements.
• Advising on GST compliance and addressing notices from tax authorities.

Coordination :

• Liaising with internal teams, auditors, and tax authorities for seamless compliance and reporting.
• Supporting management in strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.

Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting standards and financial reporting (Ind AS/IFRS).
• Direct taxes (income tax, tax audits, transfer pricing).
• Indirect taxes (GST returns, GST audits, reconciliations).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
