Company Description Elysian Grand by Feyre is a three star hotel strategically located in Nagavara, Bangalore with a very close proximity to Manyata Tech Park, Kammanahalli and about a 30 mins drive to Kempagowda International Airport. Hotel has 27 rooms with multiple categories, catering to all the needs of both Corporate and Leisure travellers. It also has a all day dining restaurant serving 'Pan to Plate' gourmets and also through In room Dining options. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Elysian Grand Hotel by Feyre in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Knowledge of English is neccessary
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
