About the Team The Member Accession Marketing Team (India) plays a critical role in driving Tide’s growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The team tailors marketing strategies to engage potential members, guides them through seamless onboarding, and ensures they are well-equipped to leverage Tide’s suite of financial and administrative tools. By creating localized campaigns, building strong relationships, and leveraging data for continuous improvement, the team fosters long-term member engagement, ensuring Tide becomes the go-to platform for Indian SMEs. About the Role The Partnership Manager for Medical Loans will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders in the medical finance ecosystem. The goal is to enhance the company's offerings in medical loans, ensuring patients have access to the financial solutions they need for medical treatment. This role requires a blend of business development, relationship management, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. You will be:

  • Engaging healthcare providers, insurance companies, and payment service providers to build a strong partner network.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Attending relevant events to expand the partner network and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Identifying collaboration areas and creating tailored medical loan solutions.
  • Developing strategies to drive new business opportunities and enhance partner relationships.
  • Leading negotiations and working with legal teams to finalize agreements.
  • Working with internal teams to create medical loan products suited to patient and partner needs.
  • Offering customized financing solutions for specific medical treatments or conditions.
  • Developing programs to educate partners on medical loan offerings and how to leverage them.
  • Providing ongoing support to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitoring partnership performance, including financial outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Providing updates to senior management on partnership progress and market trends.
  • Ensuring partnerships follow financial, healthcare, and data privacy regulations.
  • Ensuring medical loan solutions meet the specific needs of patients and healthcare providers.
  • Developing initiatives to educate patients about loan products and terms, ensuring clarity and transparency
WHO WILL BE A GREAT FIT
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree being a plus.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the healthcare, fintech, or financial services sectors.
  • A proven track record in building strategic partnerships and experience in the healthcare finance space (e.g., medical loans, insurance policies).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex negotiations.
  • Ability to think strategically, structure partnership deals, and assess market trends using strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion for healthcare access and driving innovation in medical finance solutions for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple stakeholders while fostering business growth.
Additional Requirements:
  • Travel may be required to meet with partners and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working with a bank, fintech, or digital bank will be a plus.
  • Previous team handling experience will be a plus.
