• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced NILM solutions for real-time energy analytics.
• Research and implement innovative load disaggregation algorithms for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate NILM systems into smart grid platforms.
• Analyze and process large-scale power consumption data to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop scalable and efficient NILM systems leveraging machine learning and AI.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and researchers.
• Engage with stakeholders to align NILM solutions with business and regulatory needs.

• Enhance NILM algorithm accuracy and scalability in real-world conditions.
• Integrate NILM systems with IoT devices and existing energy monitoring infrastructure.
• Optimize load disaggregation methods for low-computational environments.
• Address data privacy concerns while utilizing large datasets.
• Align NILM solutions with smart grid technologies and policies.
• Innovate for emerging markets and diverse electrical systems.
• Publish groundbreaking research and contribute to the global NILM community.

• 10+ years of experience in NILM, including algorithm design and deployment.
• Expertise in signal processing, machine learning, and power systems.
• Strong programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or equivalent) and familiarity with IoT.
• Proven track record of research contributions
• Hands-on experience with deploying NILM solutions in industrial or commercial settings.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
