Job Summary: The Marketing Lead is responsible for strategizing, executing, and overseeing marketing efforts for the Residential Business Unit and other Business Units within Core Business Group. The primary objective is to drive higher town gas consumption and increase the adoption of integrated energy solutions and gas appliances in the HDB and Private Housing segments. This role focuses on enhancing the company’s competitive edge through well-defined value propositions and multi-channel marketing strategies. The Marketing Lead ensures alignment with business goals, brand communications, and collaborates with cross-functional teams, driving impactful outcomes-based marketing initiatives across various platforms and channels. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive higher town gas consumption and increase the adoption of integrated energy solutions and gas appliances. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and platforms. 2. Channel Marketing: Lead marketing initiatives on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, delivering targeted campaigns to engage online audiences. Retail and Resellers: Support distributors and resellers with marketing materials to improve product visibility and market reach. Explore new marketing channels to optimize customer engagement and outreach. 3. Campaign Management: Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to target demographics and channels. Lead or co-lead in managing integrated campaigns, collaborating with agencies and external vendors. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. 4. Collaboration and Coordination Partner with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Coordinate with in-house brand communications, and marketing teams to develop high-quality marketing materials and content. 5. Market Research and Insights: Conduct research to gather insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning. Leverage data and analytics to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in B2C marketing, with a focus on multi-channel strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and reseller dynamics. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
